Wax Polyethylene Flakes (PE Wax Flakes)
Polyethylene Wax Flakes (PE Wax Flakes) are a low-molecular-weight polyethylene polymer produced through polymerization or thermal cracking. In flake form, they provide excellent lubrication, dispersion, and processing aid properties. Due to their high melting point stability and compatibility, they are widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, and adhesive industries.
- Density: ~0.92–0.98 g/cm³
- Appearance: White solid flakes, odorless
- Melting Point: 100–115°C (depending on grade)
- Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to acids, bases, and solvents
- Processing: Easy handling and incorporation into compounds and formulations
- Packaging: Supplied in 20–25 kg bags or customized packaging solutions
Storage and Handling
PE Wax Flakes should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment. Avoid direct sunlight and keep packaging sealed to prevent contamination or moisture absorption.
